How to Freeze Cookies?

Mike

Novice Foodie
I always stock some cookies and lately I was thinking to find few ways to freeze them for long. Any tips please will be welcome.

Here are some tips:

Cool Completely

Ensure cookies are entirely cool before storage to prevent condensation and sogginess.

Pre-freeze
Lay cookies in a single layer on a tray and freeze for 1–2 hours. This prevents them from sticking together once packaged.

Pack Properly
Place cookies in an airtight container or freezer bag, using parchment paper to separate layers. Remove as much air as possible before sealing.

Freeze
For the best flavor and texture, store for a maximum of 2–3 months.

To Thaw
Let cookies sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, or warm them briefly in the oven for a freshly baked finish.

Somehow I did all of this but they get spoilt
