Hello all! Can I share that I am on a process of creating the ultimate beer cheese, but the issue only lies on that thick consistency. Is there any one out there who has some special whispers or components that one needs to add in order to thicken it up? That’s beautiful! Would love to hear how u make yours just right!

Runny beer cheese blues? Don't fret! Simmer it low and slow to gently thicken, or whisk in a roux (melted butter and flour) for extra body. A sprinkle of grated parmesan or cheddar can also be your cheesy savior!
