Hey, dumpling enthusiasts! 🥟 I'm looking to stock up my freezer with some homemade gyoza goodness for those busy days ahead. Any pro tips on freezing gyoza without sacrificing flavor or texture? 🤔 Should I prep them a certain way or use specific containers? Let's ensure every bite stays delicious!

For freezing gyoza, just line them up on a baking sheet, freeze them individually, then pop them into a container or bag. 🥟✨ Thanks for the great suggestions, they really help! 😊

Hi. You can place the sheet pan in the freezer to flash freeze the gyoza until solid or at least frozen on the outside. Once the gyoza are solid, pack them in an airtight bag to freeze. Because you flash froze them, the gyoza won't stick to each other in the bag. Store the gyoza in the freezer for up to a month. (y)(y):)

I think freezing them on a baking sheet first so they don't stick together is a good idea though. 🥟❄️

Freeze those little guys on a baking sheet first, then bag 'em up—because no one likes a giant dumpling iceberg! 🥟❄️
