Oh no, popcorn balls falling apart can be so frustrating! 
Make sure you’re using enough melted marshmallows or corn syrup to bind them together. It helps to let the mixture cool slightly before shaping, too—hands will thank you! 
Also, try pressing them firmly into shape; that extra pressure can make a big difference. Good luck!
