Any Tricks Thickening Tomato Soup?

Hi fellow forum members! I'm looking to up my tomato soup game and wondering if anyone has any tricks for thickening it up. 🤔
Do you use flour, cornstarch, or something else entirely? 🌽 Because, i might try all of your suggestions to find the perfect consistency. Share your secret techniques!
 
I usually use a roux (flour and butter mix) to thicken my tomato soup. It adds a nice richness without changing the flavor too much. Give it a shot! 🍅 And don't forget to season well with salt and pepper for that extra oomph...

I've found that incorporating a roux made from equal parts butter and flour can thicken tomato soup beautifully. Though it adds richness, be sure to cook out the raw flour taste before serving. 🧈🌾"
