Anyone know how long tahini stays good for?" I've got a jar of tahini in my pantry, but I'm not sure how long it lasts. Does anyone have info on its shelf life? Don't want it to go bad before I get a chance to use it!
Tahini usually stays good for about 6 months in your pantry, and up to a year if you keep it in the fridge. Just give it a good stir if the oil separates! Enjoy your tahini!
