Anyone know how to make pumpkin pie using an actual pumpkin? I've always used canned pumpkin for my pies, but I'm curious about trying the real deal. Does anyone have a tried-and-true recipe or tips they could share? I'd love to hear about your experiences with baking with fresh pumpkin!
