I've heard so much about chile rellenos, but I've never tried them! Can someone describe the taste? Is it spicy, savory, or a mix of flavors? I'm eager to know what I've been missing out on!

Chile relleno is amazing! It's a roasted poblano pepper stuffed with cheese (sometimes meat), battered, and fried to perfection. It’s smoky, cheesy, and has a bit of a kick. Totally delicious!
