Hey there! From what I've seen, cheddar bay biscuits are definitely a hit in the US, especially thanks to Red Lobster. 
But outside of the US, they aren't as well-known. That said, who wouldn't love a cheesy, garlicky biscuit? 
I'm sure if more people around the world tried them, they'd be hooked too!
