Heyya!🍗 I heard some mixed opinions about chicken thighs. I wonder if these are unhealthy. Some claims these are high in fat and calories, while others argue they're packed with protein and essential nutrients. I love the taste and find it quite satisfying, but I'm curious to hear its nutritional value. Any thoughts or experiences to share?🙂

As far as I know they are higher in fat than breasts, but most of it is unsaturated. Skinless, boneless thighs are healthy, and even with skin/bone, you can trim some fat before cooking 😊 I love them for sheet pan meals or slow cooker dishes! 😍

Hey there! I agree with you. Chicken thighs might have a bit more fat than breasts, but it's mostly the good kind - unsaturated fats. And your tip about trimming the fat before cooking is amazing! Sheet pan meals and slow cooker dishes with chicken thighs? Count me in! They always turn out so flavorful and juicy🥰

When eaten in moderation and cooked in a health-conscious way, chicken thighs may be a component of a balanced diet. They have a little bit more fat than chicken breasts, but they're also tastier and have more taste. To lower the total fat content, it is necessary to remove the skin and cut any visible fat. Furthermore, to reduce additional fats, cooking techniques like grilling, baking, or broiling are preferred over frying. A nutritious dinner may be made by including chicken thighs together with lots of veggies and complete grains in a balanced diet.
