For me, it's nutritious and healthy meal especially if you use plant based milk. I usually consume my overnight oats during breakfast and it consists of the following: oats, almond milk instead of fresh cow's milk, chia seeds, honey as sweetener instead of sugar and different fruits like strawberries, raspberries, blue and blackberries.
