Are seafood boils healthy?

I think opting for more veggies and less butter can make your boil healthier. Though it's tempting to load up on the rich stuff :LOL:, a bit less won't hurt.

Fish seems to be a healthy product, including much protein and good fats. On the other hand, boils part can offer you a high salt content and the buttery flavor which might not work favorable for those with low intake. It’s all about maintaining the balance, don't you think so? So, relish those lumps of coal but probably not every day!πŸ€πŸ˜„

I totally agree, seafood boils are a real treat. They're bursting with flavor.
