✨ **Ingredients:**
- 2 lbs (900g) lamb (cubed)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup kasseri cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-3 sheets phyllo dough
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

✨ **Instructions:**
1. In a pan, heat the olive oil and brown the lamb with onions, seasoning with oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the lamb is tender.
3. Let the mixture cool slightly, then stir in the feta and kasseri cheese.
4. Lay out the phyllo sheets, brushing with olive oil, and place the lamb mixture in the center, folding the dough over to create a parcel.
5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
