- 2 lbs (900g) lamb shoulder or leg, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the lamb in a baking dish.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, then add the onions, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
