**Ingredients:**
- 2 lbs (900g) lamb shoulder or leg, cut into chunks
- 1 bottle red wine (750ml)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large ovenproof pot, heat olive oil and brown the lamb chunks on all sides.
