**Ingredients:**
- 2 lbs (900g) lamb shoulder or leg, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp myrodika herbs (or a mix of thyme, rosemary, and sage if myrodika is unavailable)
- Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the lamb chunks on all sides.
