I made this artichoke dip the other day, and it was an instant hit! Creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor, it's perfect for dipping with crackers or veggies. Here's how you can whip it up:

Artichoke Dip Recipe​

Ingredients:​

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:​

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and half of the mozzarella.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
