Heyyyy cobbler fans!
If you're craving something sweet, fruity and straight-up delicious, you've gotta try my Aunt Becky's blackberry cobbler recipe. It's been a family favorite for ages and always brings back the best memories of summers on the farm picking fresh berries
Ingredients:
Instructions:

The blackberries get all warm and jammy while the inside stays light and cakey. Simple but so satisfying!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups fresh blackberries (or frozen if not in season!)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions:
- Preheat that oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Slowly stir in the milk and melted butter until just combined - no overmixing!
- Gently fold in the blackberries and lemon juice. Pour the berry mixture into your prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the 1/4 cup of white sugar evenly over the top. This creates that crispy, sugary crust!
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
- Let it cool for at least 15 minutes so you don't burn your mouth. Serve it up warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream!
