Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 cup coconut sugar or granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour (or all-purpose flour)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed avocado and melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
- Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, almond flour (or all-purpose flour), baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Ingredients:
