Tried this avocado lime smoothie today, and it’s insanely creamy and refreshing! Perfect for a quick, healthy pick-me-up.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice
Instructions:

  1. Scoop the avocado into a blender and add Greek yogurt, almond milk, lime juice, honey, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
It’s silky smooth with just the right amount of tang—so good!
