Ingredients:- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice
- Scoop the avocado into a blender and add Greek yogurt, almond milk, lime juice, honey, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
