Bacon & Cabbage Soup
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 large potato, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
