You guys gotta try this Baked Stuffed Shells with Three-Cheese Sauce recipe I found
It's basically a hug in a bowl consisting of giant pasta shells stuffed with creamy, cheesy goodness, then drenched in a dreamy sauce and baked until golden brown
Seriously, pure comfort food heaven!

- 12 oz jumbo pasta shells
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan, the egg, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with a generous amount of the cheese mixture, placing them in the prepared baking dish as you go.
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the marinara sauce and heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then remove from heat.
- Pour the three-cheese sauce over the stuffed shells, making sure they're all evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle the Gruyère cheese over the top. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the Baked Stuffed Shells with Three-Cheese Sauce cool for 5 minutes, then serve hot and enjoy!
