- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Butter
- Cinnamon
- Brown sugar
- Chopped nuts
- Greek yogurt
- Chives
- Bacon bits
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel. Using a fork, poke several holes in each sweet potato to allow steam to escape during baking.
- Season: Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
