Ever tried a simple yet delicious pie? Batzina is a crustless Greek zucchini pie, made with minimal ingredients but packed with flavor – perfect for a light lunch or snack!

Ingredients:
- 2 large zucchinis, grated
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
2. Grate the zucchinis, then squeeze out excess moisture.
3. In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, feta, milk, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then fold in the grated zucchini.
4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown, then let it cool slightly before serving.
