Best ripeness for bananas in homemade pudding?

I'm trying to perfect my banana pudding and was wondering about the best banana ripeness to use. Do you guys prefer using yellower bananas or ones that are a bit brown? Looking forward to hearing your preferences and why! 🍌👀

For the best banana pudding, go for bananas with a few brown spots. 🍌 They’re sweeter and give your pudding that extra flavor kick without turning mushy. Yellow bananas are good too, but those brown speckles really make a difference! Can’t wait to hear how it turns out! 😄

Totally agree! Brown-spotted bananas add that extra yum factor—thanks for the tip, can’t wait to dig in! 😄
