Hi! Seeking advice from fellow potato lovers! 🥔✂️ What's your go-to method for cutting perfect potato wedges? Any special tools or cutting techniques that ensure uniformity and crispy results? Share your slicing secrets and help me elevate my potato game!

For perfect potato wedges, I recommend cutting the potato in half lengthwise, then each half into thirds or fourths, depending on the size. A sharp chef’s knife works best, and soaking the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking helps with crispiness! Dry them well before seasoning and baking for the best results. 🔪🥔

The technique I've learned is to first cut off the ends of the potato to make a base, then slice the potato lengthwise into two halves. 🥔🔪 After that, take each half and cut it into 3-4 wedges. 🍠 When cutting them, make sure to mind the thickness so they would cook at the same rate. I suggest going for 1/2 to 1-inch thickness. 😊
