A fresh, fruity white wine is perfect for White Sangria. A dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc, is what I would suggest using. The fruity richness of the sangria is complemented, but not overpowered, by the crisp flavours of these wines. To further intensify the flavours, you may also add a dash of a citrusy liqueur, such as orange or triple sec. Salutations!

Try a dry Riesling! I think it adds a lovely hint of sweetness though
