Best Zucchini Fries Recipe

Just made these zucchini fries, and they are SO crispy and delicious! A healthy snack that totally satisfies those fry cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into fry-sized strips
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each zucchini strip in flour, then egg, then the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat.
  4. Place the coated zucchini on the baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
These are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and totally addictive!
