I am always looking for a new drink to try during late nights. The Blue Hawaiian is a fun cocktail made with coconut, pineapple juice, rum, and blue curaçao for a bold color. This tropical coconut rum cocktail is very easy to make– simply combine the ingredients and shake! It is wonderfully refreshing, making it perfect for hot days and summer parties. You should try this, I swear it's the best! 
Ingredients:

- 2 ounces fresh pineapple juice
- 1½ ounces coconut rum
- 1 ounce blue curaçao liqueur
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- Pineapple wedges, for garnish
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine the pineapple juice, coconut rum, blue curaçao liqueur, and cream of coconut.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
