Need a quick and cheesy appetizer? Bougourdi is a delicious Greek dish of baked feta, tomatoes, and peppers, melted together into a perfect gooey dip – it's super simple and always a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
- 1 block of feta cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Place the feta cheese in a small baking dish, then top with tomato and pepper slices.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, and add red pepper flakes if you like some heat.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is soft and golden, then serve with crusty bread.
