✨ Recipe Time! ✨ If you’re craving a little taste of the Mediterranean, this Bourekakia recipe is here to deliver! These crispy, savory rolls are stuffed with delicious fillings and are perfect as appetizers or a tasty snack to share.

**Bourekakia Recipe** 🌿
*Ingredients:*
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen, drained)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 sheets of phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter (for brushing)

*Instructions:*
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the feta, ricotta, spinach, dill, parsley, and black pepper.
3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo, brush it with melted butter, and add a spoonful of filling along one edge.
4. Roll it up like a mini burrito, folding in the sides as you go, and place it on a baking sheet.
5. Repeat with remaining sheets, then brush the tops with butter for that golden crisp.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.

*Tip:* Pair with a side of tzatziki or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor!
