Ingredients:- 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine works best)
- 1 cup Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, combine the Boursin cheese and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
