You know those days when you're craving something chocolatey but don't want to make a whole batch of brownies? Well, I recently tried out these amazing Brownie Bites, and they hit the spot perfectly! They're bite-sized, fudgy, and just the right amount of sweet. Here's how you can whip them up:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended!)
Instructions:
- Preheat Your Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until the batter is smooth and well mixed.
- Add Chocolate Chips: If you're using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter.
- Fill the Pan: Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin pan, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool: Let the brownie bites cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
