- Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
- Lettuce leaves
- In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, minced garlic, minced shallots, fish sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Divide the pork mixture into small portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the pork patties until cooked through and slightly charred on the outside, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- While the pork is grilling, prepare the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions.
