- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Slice the burrata cheese into thick slices and stuff each pepper with the cheese.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
