Are you a coffee lover? If yes, I have an exciting recipe to share with you. This recipe is from Mexico and is called "Cafe de olla," which translates to "pot of coffee." The coffee is sweetened with piloncillo, which is similar to dark brown sugar and can be found in Hispanic markets. Additionally, it is spiced with a cinnamon stick, making it a perfect beverage to keep you warm. Actually, this is my coffee stress reliever and I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Ingredients:

- 4 cups water
- 1/3 cup grated piloncillo (or dark brown sugar), or to taste
- 1 stick Mexican cinnamon
- 1/4 cup ground coffee
Directions:
- In a pot, combine water, piloncillo, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add ground coffee. Stir well, then cover the pot and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer twice to remove any coffee granules.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Cafe de Olla, a delightful Mexican coffee flavored with cinnamon and sweetened with piloncillo!
