I have a batch of vanilla frosting, and I’m wondering if I can mix in some cocoa powder. Has anyone tried this? Does it change the texture or flavor too much? I’d love to hear your experiences and recommendations!
I've tried this before. It's doable. I suggest using unsweetened cocoa powder for a rich chocolate flavor. Also, only start with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cocoa powder for a standard batch of frosting. Then, you can adjust it based on your taste preference.
