Totally vibing with keto lately but craving granola like crazy. Can you actually have granola while keeping carbs low? Googled stuff but still confused. Hoping you guys can shed some light. What are your thoughts? Can this snack fit into my keto lifestyle or should I search for alternatives?

Granola is usually high in carbs due to the oats and added sugars, so it's not typically recommended for a keto diet, which focuses on low-carb intake. However, you can make a keto-friendly version using low-carb nuts and seeds like almonds, pecans, and sunflower seeds, along with keto-approved sweeteners like erythritol or stevia. Just be mindful of portion sizes to stay within your carb limit.

I think enjoying granola on a keto diet is possible, though you'll need to be mindful of ingredients and portion sizes. Opt for a homemade version with nuts 🥜, seeds 🌱, and coconut flakes 🥥, and limit or omit higher-carb ingredients like dried fruits 🍇 and honey 🍯.
