Made a banging shakshuka last night, but way too much for one sitting 😅 Wondering if scarfing down the leftovers for breakfast is a smart move? Always thought eggs were sketchy reheated ..

Any food safety pros out there who can share wisdom on this? Would hate to waste such tasty grub 🥹

Absolutely! Shakshuka leftovers are delicious and safe to eat if stored properly in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Just reheat them thoroughly before enjoying another tasty meal!

Leftover shakshuka can be enjoyed safely by handling and reheating properly. Enjoy your breakfast! 🍳🍅

Personally, I think it's okay! 😊 As long as your shakshuka was refrigerated promptly and reheated thoroughly, you should be good to go. 🌡️ Though, always trust your senses if it looks or smells off, it's best to skip it

I'd say go for it! 😊 If you stored your shakshuka right and heated it up properly, you're probably fine. 🌡️ Just use your nose and eyes, if something seems off, toss it.
