Can I pop my souffle pancake batter in the fridge for later?

Quick question, pancake pals! 🥞 Can I stash my soufflé pancake batter in the fridge for later? 🤔 I'm planning for breakfast in advance and wondering if it'll still turn out fluffy. Any insights or experiences to share? Thanks a bunch! 🙌😊

From my experience, it's best to cook soufflé pancakes right after making the batter. If you pop the batter in the fridge, the air bubbles that give it that fluffy texture might deflate, leaving your pancakes less airy. 🤩✨👍
