Hi everyone! ❄️ Can you freeze eggplant lasagna, and if so, what’s the best way to do it? I’m thinking of making a big batch and would love to know how to store it properly for later. Thanks for any tips! 🍲👍

Yes, you can definitely freeze eggplant lasagna! I’ve done it a few times, and it turns out great. The best way to do it is to let the lasagna cool completely after baking. Once it’s cool, you can cut it into portions and wrap each one tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. After that, pop the wrapped pieces into a freezer-safe container or bag. 😋👍😉👌

Yes, you can freeze eggplant lasagna. It will help the food last for up to 2-3 months. 🍆❄️ To store a large batch of it, divide it into family-sized portions. 🔪 You can either place the portions in airtight containers or encase them with plastic wraps followed by aluminum foil. ☺️
