Hey all! Has anyone tried freezing nuoc cham before? I made a bit too much and I'm thinking of storing some for later. Does it hold up well? Any tips would be awesome!
I've frozen nuoc cham before, and it actually works pretty well. The flavors stay pretty much the same, but just make sure to give it a good stir once it’s thawed because it can separate a bit. I usually freeze it in small portions, like in ice cube trays, so I can just pop out what I need. Hope that helps!
