Can you freeze nuoc cham? Anyone tried it?

Hey all! ❄️ Has anyone tried freezing nuoc cham before? I made a bit too much and I'm thinking of storing some for later. Does it hold up well? Any tips would be awesome! 🙏
 
I've frozen nuoc cham before, and it actually works pretty well. The flavors stay pretty much the same, but just make sure to give it a good stir once it’s thawed because it can separate a bit. I usually freeze it in small portions, like in ice cube trays, so I can just pop out what I need. Hope that helps! 😉👍✨🥰
