Can you reheat a Dutch baby?

I've been thinking about Dutch babies and wondering if you can reheat them. Fresh out of the oven, they're incredible, but do they hold up later? Some say reheating can make them rubbery, yet others have tricks to revive that initial puffiness. Got any advice or success stories with leftovers?

You can definitely reheat a Dutch baby! (y) Microwaving can make it rubbery, but reheating in a low oven (around 300°F) for a few minutes works wonders ..you can even use a toaster oven! Just keep an eye on it and enjoy that crispy, puffed goodness again
