Listen up, folks!
If you're looking for a dessert that's sure to be a hit with the kiddos and let's be real, the adults too
then this recipe is for you!! These Oreo truffles are not only insanely delicious but also incredibly easy to make. Trust me, when I brought them to my niece's kids' party, they were the star of the show!
Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- Sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or other toppings for decorating
- Start by crushing those Oreos into fine crumbs. You can do this in a food processor or by putting them in a ziplock bag and going to town with a rolling pin. Get all that stress out, folks!
- In a large bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese until it forms a smooth, well-combined dough. This might take a little elbow grease, but it'll be worth it, I promise.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pop them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or the freezer for 15 minutes if you're in a hurry).
- While the truffles are chilling, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil (or butter) together in a double boiler or the microwave, stirring frequently until it's smooth and silky.
- Remove the truffles from the fridge and, using a fork or toothpick, dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Let the excess chocolate drip off, then transfer the truffle back to the baking sheet.
- Before the chocolate sets, decorate the truffles with your favorite toppings. Sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or even a drizzle of white chocolate – go wild!
- Once you've decorated all the truffles, pop them back in the fridge (or freezer) to let the chocolate set completely.
