Instructions:
- Fill a Cocktail Shaker:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add Coconut Rum:
- Pour 2 oz of coconut rum into the shaker.
- Add 151-Proof Rum:
- Pour 2 oz of 151-proof rum into the shaker. Be cautious with 151-proof rum as it is high in alcohol content.
- Pour Pineapple Juice:
- Pour 4 oz of pineapple juice into the shaker.
- Shake Well:
- Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Strain and Serve:
- Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish (Optional):
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry on the rim of the glass for a decorative touch.
