Greetings everyone! I got a carrot cake conundrum: should I refrigerate it after baking? :) I know most of the people enjoys a hot or warm cake, but is it really a thing to refrigerate it? Let me know what are your thoughts and lets have healthy discussion!
 
Hey,, It usually depends on your recipe you've used tho.. If you've used lots dairies specially cream cheese, it's a must to refrigerate it. Dairy products spoil a lot faster on warmer temperature so if you're not planning your carrot cake immediately, it is best to pop it in the fridge first;)
