Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby-jack cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub both sides of the pork chops with finely chopped garlic and brown sugar. Place the pork chops in a square baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the pork chops. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F (68°C).
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded Colby-jack cheese over the pork chops.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional five minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
