Looking for a fun and tasty appetizer or side dish? This Cheesy Garlic Bubble Bread Pull-apart is perfect for sharing and will have everyone coming back for more!
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan or a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Dough:
- Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Add the biscuit pieces to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the garlic butter.
- Layer the Bread:
- In another bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and dried basil.
- Place a layer of the coated biscuit pieces in the prepared pan. Sprinkle a generous amount of the cheese mixture over the top. Repeat the layers until all the biscuit pieces and cheese mixture are used up.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes, then carefully remove it from the pan. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
