Ingredients:
- 4 soft flour tortillas
- 4 crunchy taco shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or spicy ranch)
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain the fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for a few minutes until the beef is well-coated.
- Assemble the Gordita: Place a soft flour tortilla on a flat surface, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and melt in a skillet or microwave. Wrap it around a crunchy taco shell.
- Fill the Taco: Fill the crunchy shell with the seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, Mexican cheese blend, and a drizzle of ranch or spicy ranch.
- Serve: Add a dollop of sour cream on top and enjoy!
