CHICKEN PIZZA CRUST:
- 3/4 lb Shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 2 large Eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius). Prepare a pizza peel by lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine shredded chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and sea salt in a mixing bowl.
- Lightly beat the eggs and then add them to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread the chicken crust pizza "dough" thinly onto the parchment paper-lined pizza peel, aiming for about 1/4 inch thickness. Transfer the parchment paper with the dough onto a pizza stone.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is firm and golden at the edges.
- Allow the crust to cool for 10 minutes to set.
- Apply sauce and toppings to the crust. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese melts. For a more browned cheese topping, broil for a couple of minutes if desired.
